1. Once purchased or confirmed,

class places and party booking deposits are non-refundable.

 

 2. If you are unable to attend a class or host a party/ event due to Covid related requirements/ restrictions, transfer to another date is offered at the discretion of the company.

3. Cancellations/ refund requests

due to changes in personal circumstances are not permitted.

 However, where appropriate, transfer of class place tickets to another attendee is permitted with prior notification. 

 

4. In extenuating circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, change or rearrange the date of an event/party/ masterclass.

 

5. In this unlikely event, alternative dates will be offered to all attendees. If no convenient date can be found, a full refund will be offered.
