You'll explore all the basics including essential equipment, piping and colouring techniques and you'll be given full details of everything you'll need plus simple, tried and tested recipes to ensure great results for even the newest baker.

We'll also cover how to freeze your flowers so you can prepare this beauty in advance for any celebration up to 2 months ahead! 

Keeping it simple

Once you book your seat, your tickets will be sent by email and that email will include your Zoom link.  Just click that link on the day and you'll be directed straight over to Contessa HQ to join me for the class - no confusing passwords -  Nice and simple!

Everything you need

In that same email, you'll also receive a link to access your course materials.  Inside you'll find details of everything you'll need  for your class including recipes, equipment and a special gift too!

On the day, we'll settle in for the first few moments and make sure everyone is comfortable with the Zoom experience before getting straight to it and creating your bouquet holders, mixing our colours and creating our flowers!

That said, if you're a little camera shy, feel free to leave your camera and/ or microphone off and enjoy the class in your pyjamas (We won't judge!)
