Since becoming a part of The Sugar Lounge in November, it has really helped keep me accountable with the day-to -day running of my business and my long-term goals, making sure I'm hitting the milestones that I want to achieve.

When do the sessions take place…? Every 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesday of the month - 8PM GMT - LIVE in Zoom.
What do I need to take part? All you’ll need is a free Zoom account, a laptop, a bit of peace and quiet and a decent internet connection.
Where will I find my Zoom link? You’ll receive a link in your welcome email that you can use every week. No messing about with passwords, just the same link/ ID for every session
What do I need to bring? All you really need is yourself, a pen and paper and plenty of enthusiasm! On weeks where we are doing practical workshops, everything you need will be uploaded to our private group G-Drive folder: Easy and free to access and completely optional to join in.
Do I have to speak in front of the group? Nope! If you’re the type who prefers to sit back a little and take it all in, you can relax and soak up the wealth of advice, hints and tips without asking questions directly to the group.
Do I need to have my camera on? Again, it’s completely up to you but we certainly won’t judge if you’re up to your armpits in icing sugar (or ironing!) We’ll just be happy you made it.
Do I have to attend every session? It’s up to you how many sessions you attend but for the best results, come on in as often as you can for that weekly boost of inspiration and motivation for your biz!
What if I miss a session? All sessions are recorded, uploaded to that same group folder the following day and available for a month for you to catch up anytime
How do I cancel? Life happens so if the sessions are no longer right for you, simply cancel at any time via the link in your welcome email and your subscription will expire at the end of that month. No problem.
